I have severe period pains. limits my ability to function properly?

Requires GYN: evaluation including pelvic exam, probable pelvic ultrasound and hormonal testing. Consult with GYN and get an Rx for medication for menstrual pain. If you are not allergic to NSAIDS, I would recommend Aleve( 1-2 tab every 8 hrs) or Advil( 2-3 tab every 4-6 hrs )at max doses. Rx medication like Naprosyn, Ponstel, Mobic or Celebrex. The decision for prescription medication will be made by GYN.
