My 4 month old keeps pulling on her left ear and crying. this has been going on for a few days. no fever and she's always happy as normal, just her ear that's a problem. what should i do?

Your call: Infants often do this when there is minor fluid accumulation in the middle ear & sometimes while teething. The fluid issue often self resolves or can precede a middle ear infection. To the extent this disrupts your day you can ride it out or have it checked. Either call would be okay for now.
