Lymph nodes: Your lymphatic system is your protective mechanism against disease etc and the node next to your pancreas is causing you no problems. Good Luck

Some basics: The lymph nodes are part of an additional circulation system that is rarely mentioned in school science classes. They acquire & remove debris & germs from the serum that floats between cells into a network of thin walled vessels & eventually returns the serum/lymph to the main blood vessels near the heart. They are scattered throughout your body. A peri-pancreatic node is just one located there

Lymph nodes: Are normal structures, part of the lymphatic circulatory system that helps remove waste and debris from the body. A peripancreatic lymph node is simply a lymph node located near the pancreas. Like any lymph node, if it is otherwise normal in size and shape, nothing to worry about.

Agree with Dr. F: Lymph nodes are normally present around the pancreas. If the size has been stable, it is not a cause for concern.
