Maybe. Bright red blood originates from the outlet or near it. Big bulky/hard or stools passed too quickly can trigger a crack/fissure in the skin of the outlet. BRB is usually on the outside surface of the poop, not mixed within. These usually sell heal. Dark blood mixed within the stools is different and worth evaluating.

Because you’re 30, you are correct that it is most likely going to be a benign cause, but we are seeing more and more colon cancer in younger patients, so bleeding cannot be assumed to be from hemorrhoids. You should get checked out by your primary doctor or a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
