Of course not: First, the chance the spots were blood is probably zero or close to it. Even if it was blood, there's no reason to suspect it's from an HIV infected person. Third, swallowing a small amount of blood is risk free for HIV. Nobody ever gets HIV by exposure to blood in the environment, only by sex, needle sharing, etc. Forget about it, move on, don't be tested.
