Vaginal discharge: Any unexplained vaginal discharge should be professionally evaluated. Dry and burning suggest yeast infection (thrush). Best see a doctor or clinic, but probably safe to first try an over-the-counter anti-yeast vaginal cream or suppository. Look for active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, many others). All work equally well, choose the least costly. Get care symptoms persist
