Hydrocodone rash: Can be a side effect of the drug or a true allergy, keep taking the benadryl regularly, read the labels carefully and don't exceed recommended dosage and duration, till you see your doctor and hold the hydrocodone. If no improvement, or new symptoms develop, as spread to other body parts, difficulty breathing, lip/lid swelling, etc. Go to urgent care or ER , good luck
