HIV ?: Continue testing for HIV for several months, as one negative so soon after potential exposure is not definitive. Ask your partner to be tested as well, as if he is positive, the chances for your having the virus is increased.

Aug 2017, I had unprotected sex. On Sept 2018, my results were neg for HIV. In Nov 2018, results were neg. Now Aug 2019, my results were neg. (Doc used 4th gen AG/AB test) But I cant stop worrying and being scared about having it. How do I let go?
