Ive missed my period for 3 days now and they are always on time and i have the paragard iud and i was wondering what would make me not have my period?

Late period ?'s: No birth control method is 100%, so if your cycle is delayed another week, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain. Periods are often delayed with added stress (job/work related, emotional stress or severe exercise, etc.). Paragard IUD's are 98% effective.
