Low chance: With the Paragard there is a very low chance of pregnancy with perfect use (making sure your strings are in place monthly, etc). With just one day late I would not jump to the pregnancy conclusion just yet, it might just be a slightly irregular cycle which can happen, it's just not that common. If it becomes more than a week late, have your doc check your strings and make sure everything is ok.
