Doubt it: Infants that age have a hyper-reactive gag reflex that will prevent the feed from entering their airway. During the process they hold their breath & often turn blue but then relax, resume regular breathing & color & act as if nothing happened. It is a natural protective mechanism that does not result in what you list. A visit today to your doc or urgent care can confirm things are okay.
