How can i tell if i have a cold or allergies to pollen or both a cold and allergies to pollen because i have a runny nose and stuffy nose ?

Allergies: A cold will tend to be sporadic and less often. If you are experiencing regular runny and stuffy nose then this is likely allergies. Have you tried any therapy ? Anti-histamine or the like.
