The Flu: Sounds like a viral upper respiratory infection, or "the flu." If your temp is elevated, Covid-19 becomes a consideration and if so, you should be tested. If not, I would drink lots of fluids to avoid dehydration, follow all Covid-19 guidelines, avoid coughing near relatives, and use OTC meds as needed.
