Vulvar Bump: What your are describing does not sound like a typical presentation for an STI. Genital warts can be a "bump" but don't tend to go away and then re-appear spontaneously. Most other STD's don't present like what you're describing. You most likely have folliculitis, an inclusion cyst, or Hidradenitis Suppurativa. You Gynecologist will need to re-evaluate this "bump" to give you a clear answer.
