Neurologist: This is mostly a neurologic issue. Depending upon the extent of the spasm you might be helped with some medications, Botox or invasive surgery. The neurologist can firm up the diagnosis, assess for the proper pathway and recommend other specialists if needed. Hopefully you are near a large city where this help is likely.
