My cheek is swollen becouse of a hole in my back tooth i cant pay for pills or the dentist how can i take the tooth out myself safely and clean ??

Self treatment: You can't do this safely or effectively. Dentist's spend 10,000 hours in school and a lifetime in practice honing their skills. As you already have an abscess, a virulent infection, immediate treatment is required. Ask Dentist about working out a payment plan, or seek treatment at a government subsidized clinic, or seek treatment at a Dental School. And please, don't try to do this yourself.
