Depends : It depends on the depth of the burn. It may take longer on the scrotum due to folds in the skin. The skin in the depth of the folks may have suffered deeper burns than the surface. Give it time. You may apply an antibacterial ointment like Neosporin to help with the healing. Removing hair from your genitals is unhygienic, so quit doing it.
