Hard to be specific: Each persons condition/risks will vary. Decades ago many would limit CS to 3 in an era when classical top to bottom cut was the routine. The low bikini cut is now routine & less risk of uterine rupture/complications are seen. Whether you should ever get pregnant again is another issue that can only be assessed by someone who knows all your other medical & OB history.
