Support belt: If you think you are in labor or something is seriously wrong then you need to contact your obgyn now for evaluation. If you think this is normal discomforts of pregnancy consider buying a pregnancy support belt. These are available at maternity stores and Target. They help take some of the pressure out of your pelvis.
