Generally, Yes: If you have a severe headache (especially if it is the worst headache you have ever had), visual changes and difficulty with speech - would recommend assessment. If this was brief and all of the symptoms have resolved - would recommend at least discussing with your doctor. If you still have residual symptoms that would also be more concerning.
