Sinus infections: and allergic rhinitis will cause constant labyrinthitis and resultant dizziness with head congestion. Your ears likely are being assaulted by different mechanisms. Please see a healthcare provider for possible CT sinus to rule out sinus infections and mastoiditis, which is a complication of poorly treated chronic sinusitis or otitis.
