You would need: to get a full panel of testing for unprotected intercourse and urine check to make sure you don't have local bladder or kidney infections. These things tend to travel in packs (for example if you get chlamydia you likely have contracted gonorrhea or herpes with it as well) so make sure you get thoroughly tested. If it turns out to be simple urinary or bladder infection then antibiotics help.
