My son 4 years old went to the dentist on friday, afterward he started to bite his lip that was num from the procedure. he now has a huge sore on the lip inside and a portion on the outside. will he need antibiotics?

Lip Biting: This happens quite often and antibiotics are not indicated unless he has an infection. If he is getting better day by day he should be fine. If not, see his treating dentist for further guidance.
