Need antibiotics: Puncture wounds to the foot almost always need antibiotics to prevent and/or treat early infection. I don’t understand why your parents won’t take you to the doctor but if you can’t get there yourself, talk to a trusted adult in your life (school nurse?) to get some help. Best of luck and great job advocating for yourself!
