My mom had heart bypass surgery 4 weeks ago and today shes been complaining about a burning pain in her chest up to the shoulder. what does it mean?

There are a number: of different possibilities for her pain but the most likely is post operative or a syndrome called Dressler's. It is not wise to take a chance in this regard. She should go to an ER and get evaluated.
