The basics: ORS are meant to maintain basic fluid balance in those who use it. It is not a drug with a dose. You use it as a fluid source meant to replenish fluid losses & accommodate thirst. As long as the kid can pee every 6 hrs or more they are getting enough. Quantity can be similar to their usual fluid intake. You can give too much.
