Is it true that you only need a single dose of azithromycin to cure trachoma? do you need any other eye drops with it? till which stage does it work?

The antibiotic : This is a new type of antibiotic that attaches itself to the bodies fat cells after intake & leaks out into the system for more than a week. A single dose if the right amount is used to treat several infectious conditions. It does kill the germs, but there may be other local complications that require other treatment.
