Similar class of : drugs called SSRIs ( selective serotonin receptor inhibitors ). No weaning is really necessary.

Uncertain: 10 to 20 mg of Lexapro is a pretty standard dose. You might want to check the Zoloft dose at it does not come in a 20 mg size. 25 mg may be used as a starting dose of Zoloft and then it can be elevated. 25 mg might be low if you are switching from 20 mg of Lexapro. I can't provide you with medical management using this venue. Would go back and check the Zoloft dose again. Take care.
