On zoloft for 10yrs. doc and i both believe i need to switch to lexapro. im nervous to do a direct switch which is stop zoloft and start lexapro 10mg the next day. thoughts?

Should be no problem. Have done this on many patients without an issue as long as you start the lexapro the day after you take your last Zoloft. Numerous of my patients do very well with a switch to Lexapro.
