Painless nodules: on the skin are usually benign if there are no changes in pigment and they have not enlarged over the year. If it is "rubbery" then it is likely ad small lipoma (encapsulated fatty tissue). It also may be a dermal cyst, sweat gland (appocrine) or small sebaceaous cyst. It is somewhat difficult to determine whothout actually seeing the lesion. A visit to your PCP would be helpful if bothersome
