UTI? Urosepsis?: This sounds like you may have a rather serious urinary tract infection, i.e. involving you kidney (pyelonephritis) perhaps with bloodstream infection (urosepsis). If you have a regular doctor, call her office immediately (someone will be covering at night). If not, and if pain is severe or you have fever, go to urgent care or a hospital emergency department.
