Possible ibs: This sounds like it could be irritable bowel syndrome especially with gas relief making it better. At your age it's certainly possible. If it persists I would recommend a ultrasound of the right abdomen to look at the gallbladder and other organs in the area including the liver. Also would consider seeing a gastroenterologist or internal medicine doctor if symptoms persist
