For what length of time can i go without eating and only drinking ensure supplements?

Why ensure?: You should not stop eating and only be drinking ensure unless you have a condition that prevents you from eating a regular balanced diet. If you can't eat a regular balanced diet this needs to be diagnosed and managed by your medical doctor.
