Good day, my skin itches very bad after bath or shower, everywhere except, my face and hands. i even don't bath nor shower anymore than sweaty areas. it started when i was 11 or so. ever since my life has been a nightmare. even getting a bit of rain?

Need more info...: I’m assuming you are asking why this happens? Do you get a rash with this itching? One can develop “physical urticaria,” such that hot temperatures or cold temperatures can cause an urticarial reaction, resulting in hives and severe itching. You would have waxing and waning patches of swollen, itchy red skin with this though. Dry skin can also cause itching after the shower. Try using cerave.
