Lesions: Without an exam being able to definitively diagnose you is impossible. I would suggest you see your Gynecologist ASAP because what you are describing sounds like a Herpes outbreak. Testing can confirm that. If that is the case, it is important to know going forward and for your current and future sexual partners as well.
