None: Most individuals do not need any supplements at all ,with the exceptions of some needing Vitamin D as long as you eat a well balanced diet.A lot of patients think that taking supplement such as vitamins,etc make up for eating a poor diet such as junk food.They do not.In the United States it is very unlikely to need supplements unless pregnant in which need Prenatal vitamins unless your doc says so
