Need more info: In a normal spine the very "lowest" lumbar vertebrae are the largest. There are "dents" and bumps on every bone in our bodies as part of their natural shape. Are you describing something you feel with your fingers or something you see on your body or on some type of imaging study such as an xray? Back Pain has many causes but is usually made worse with immobility. Try rephrasing your question.
