The lower but not lowest part of my spine i have 2 vertebrae very large and protruding and no specific area of pain just overall,why would 2 protrude?

Are you referring to: vertebra ( spine bones ) OR intervertebral discs ( catiakges bewtween the vertebra. Exactly what level are these vertebra? Usually, this is a congenital issue, if not related to trauma. Consult an orthopedic expert.
