Breat milk : Is a common cause, if otherwise healthy don't worry, if not you need ti take your child to the pediatrician, also keep the follow-up for immunizations and well baby checks. Hopefully the newborn screening tests are fine, that would include thyroid gland check, ask the pediatrician about it and whether it is performed routinely where you live, wish you and your child wellness
