No. : Current guidelines indicate that you need four positive criteria, of which at least one clinical criteria and one immunologic criteria (positive antibodies) to diagnose Lupus. So, short answer: no, you can't have lupus without one of the immunologic criteria. Immunologic criteria include: ANA, Anti-DNA, Anti-Sm, antiphospholipid Ab, low complement (C3, C4) and direct boom's test.
