Missing info: You get the most from this site when you provide detailed information about the health issue you question.There are a variety of common benign pain syndromes in kids but trying to separate them from bad conditions requires detail. Which joint(s), what time of day, does it fade with or respond to any intervention/treatment? These are basic factors wee need to respond.You are welcome to start over.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If she does not have fever or other symptoms, you may treat her with acetaminophen, no more 2 grams in a day. If pain spreads to other joints, she gets fever, or loses weight, see a doctor.
