Pilonidal cyst: I suggest a surgical consultation for possible drainage. Until seen, I suggest sitz baths ( sit in a bathtub with 4-6 inches of very warm water and a pound of epsom salts at least 3-4 times daily. DO NOT SQUEEZE!
