Yes: Other causes of lower right abdominal pains include adhesions from previous surgery, right sided diverticulitis of the colon, inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic and ovarian pathology,certain hernias. Right upper abdominal pain occurs with gall bladder or liver pathology. If you're experiencing persistent or recurrent abdominal discomfort see your MD or surgeon for evaluation.
