My baby has bent ear cartridge and has been so since birth. will it return to normal or remain pixie looking? can we do anything to improve it?

Missing data: You did not list the kids age or other factors. Sometimes these improve/sometimes not. I have seen devices some cosmetic surgeons attach to the ears to brace them in a more natural position for a while to re-position them. If it persists sometimes these can be pinned back surgically when they get older.
