I don't recommend it: This antispasmodic is popular in some countries but not in the US. I never use it in infants, ever.

Cause of Symptoms: The underlying cause of the baby's symptoms should be evaluated. If there are abnormalities on lab testing or imaging further evaluation may include a GI consult. Avoid over feeding, burp the baby during the feed and after the feed. Feed at an angle to avoid aspiration.
