Yes: Headaches and neck aches could be side effects of the adderal. It does cause a rapid release of norepinephrine and dopamine, and this would require your body to replenish the supply overnight. You may be sick for another reason and if you have a fever you should see your doctor.

Too much Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) ?: You could be on too much adderall-- it could be causing muscle tension in your head and neck in addition to possibly increasing anxiety and causing increased physical tension that way--too much Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) can also make one feel tired, even while it is in effect, and then when it's effect is leaving your system as well. Try taking less adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) maybe 1/2 tab 3 x day, see if that is better. Discuss..
