No antibiotics: could be prescribed by this free service. Get a paid consult if you have had this before and think it is exactly the same; otherwise you should be checked with a urinalysis and then an exam if that is not diagnostic. Meanwhile, you could try drinking cranberry juice which helps some people prevent UTIs but typically does not cure. Good luck!
