It's been a bit over a week already, can i wait an addition week to go to doctors about my possible uti i don't have the money right now?

UTI: Dangerous to wait. UTI's in men are typically prostate infections. Left untreated they can result in systemic infections or sepsis. In other words serious infections throughout the body that may cause shut down of organs and death. Really something you can't afford.
