Hi new born baby 3 weeks old. has not gone out almost a day. stomach seems to be griping. gripe water given and some boiled cooled water as well still no relief.

? gone out ?: Young infants who are breastfed can go poop a smear every feed or one big poop once a week. When they fuss about anything the power comes from their breathing muscle that pushes out the the stomach & makes it feel hard. Nothing in what is posted sounds worrisome.
