Withdrawal: xanax is notoriously difficult from which to withdraw. Always work with your doctor to develop a schedule of withdrawal from any medication! Alert your doctor of any difficulties. An episode of dizziness in itself is not a serious problem unless it interferes with your ability to move safely. Follow up with your doctor if dizziness persists.
